The hotel was conveniently located in the center of the city, close to all the major attractions of Florence. Despite its central location, it was surprisingly quiet, providing a peaceful environment for a good night's sleep. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with well-lit bathrooms that had plenty of natural light. The service provided by the staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. the breakfast offered a variety of options and the facilities were well-maintained.
The lack of a microwave oven and kitchen utensils in the room was a minor inconvenience.

Alessandro and Filippo were helpful, giving great recommendations and tips for exploring Florence. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the main attractions. The breakfast at the cafe was delicious and authentic.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the city center and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The location was perfect - right next to a grocery store and within walking distance to almost all the most iconic attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The rooms were a great value, with a queen size memory foam mattress that provided a comfortable night's sleep. I also loved the fact that my room had a balcony, where I could enjoy some fresh air and take in the views. The breakfast provided was delicious and a great way to start the day.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was great and there was really nothing to complain about.
